Community Guidelines

: ABABILL COMMUNITY GUIDELINES :

We, at “ABABILL”, are committed to fostering a Safe, Respectful, Religious and Spiritually enrich interaction space for all our members / users.  Our platform is designed to provide a bridge to connect Masjids, its Trustees, Ulemas for sharing information, resolving queries people of Muslim community as members and to promote their Businesses and Services, alongwith promoting unity, brotherhood amongst themselves, share information, knowledge, in ethical business networking within Muslim Community.

To ensure a positive and secure environment, we ask all member/users to follow these Community Guidelines, which are in line with Indian laws, global ethical standards and community values.

1. RESPECT & TOLERANCE :&

• MUTUAL RESPECT : Every member / user shall treat all other members with dignity, integrity, kindness and humbleness, regardless of their background, beliefs, or opinions.
• RELIGIOUS SENSITIVITY : Every member / user shall avoid to share, transfer or forward, any content/s that, hurt any member sentiments, criticizes, felt disrespect about any religion faith and belief or religious figures.
• NO HATE SPEECH OR HARASSMENT : Every member / user shall avoid to give any speech which is discriminating, hate, threatening or targeting in nature to any members, any other individual / groups, based on their religion, race, caste, sex, place of birth or any of them, which is strictly prohibited under law.

2. CONTENTS & SHARING POLICIES :

• NO NUDITY OR OBSCENE CONTENT : Members/ users are not allowed to share or promote any content that promote nudity, sexually explicit material or obscene content (text, images, videos, documents or links), share such information is intolerable.
• NO VIOLENCE OR HARMFUL CONTENT: Content/s that may ignite communal disharmony, promote violence, harm or glorifies dangerous activities is strictly prohibited.
• AUTHENTIC INFORMATION : Every Member shall share only true, verified and authentic information, news, claim, sharing fake, false, fictitious and deep fake, information, news, claim that may cause harm, damage to anyone personal or religious sentiments, dignity, faith and belief, resulting in communal disharmony and panic, shall not be tolerated.
• PRIVACY & PERSONAL DATA : Every Member / user, shall endeavour privacy of other member / user and restrained themselves from share their personal, information, data, contact details or any sensitive information without their explicit written consent.

 

3. LEGAL & ETHICAL COMPLIANCE : Every member / user hereby undertake that, they shall;

• ADHERENCE TO PREVIELING LAWS : Any content or activity that is offence, violates any previewing laws, including but not limited to defamation, blasphemy, obscenity, incitement of violence or terrorism, shall be liable for the punishment, prescribed in law for the offence.
• COPYRIGHT & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY : shall share, promote, use only those content, information owned by member or permitted to them and restrained themselves from any infringement of intellectual property rights of its owners.
• NO SPAM OR SCAMS : Avoid spam, phishing, or fraudulent activities that deceive or cause loss to users or exploit the platform for illegal financial gain.

4. PLATFORM INTEGRITY & RESPONSIBLE USE :

• AUTHENTIC PROFILES : shall use real identity and avoid create fake profiles, impersonation and misleading other members / users.
• COMMUNITY FIRST APPROACH : Engage and contribute in positively and meaningfully manner and report any violations or breach of policy, promptly.
• RESPECT APP FEATURES : Do not misuse app features, to exploit bugs or attempt to compromise platform security, date breach or any other loss.
• BUSINESS CONDUCT : Member, who also are Business owners, if using the platform for advertisements, promotions and sell must adhere to ethical standards of business. No misleading ads, financial scams, defective products and service shall be tolerate, on the cost of exploitation of religious sentiments.

5. USER BEHAVIOR IN CHATS & DISCUSSIONS :

• RESPECTFUL DIALOGUE : Discussions in Q and A sections, Islamic lectures, and general chat rooms should remain educational and free from sectarian conflicts.
• NO MASS MESSAGING OR SPAM : Avoid bulk messaging, unsolicited promotions, or spam in personal or business-related chats.
• REPORT SYSTEM FOR VIOLATIONS : Users can report inappropriate chat content, including hate speech, personal attacks, or harassment.

6. PLATFORM LIABILITY & DISCLAIMER :

• Ababill is a neutral platform and does not endorse or verify user-generated content.
• Users are solely responsible for their actions and content shared on the platform.
• Ababill does not take legal responsibility for any disputes, misinformation, or violations committed by users.
• If a user posts hate speech, misinformation, or engages in illegal activities, the responsibility rests solely with the user, not the platform.
• While we enforce strict moderation policies, Ababill cannot be held liable for damages, disputes, or legal consequences arising from user behaviour.
• In case of any breach or legal violations, Ababill reserves the right to:
  1. Take appropriate disciplinary action (warnings, bans, termination or content removal).
  2. Cooperate with authorities, in all investigation, legally required.

9. CONSEQUENCES OF VIOLATING GUIDELINES : If any user violates these guidelines, Ababill reserves the right to take the following actions:
10. WARNING & EDUCATION : A formal warning with resources to understand the guidelines.
11. CONTENT REMOVAL : Immediate removal of violating content without prior notice.
12. TEMPORARY SUSPENSION : Account suspension for repeated or severe violations.
13. PERMANENT BAN : Permanent account termination for serious breaches or illegal activities.
14. LEGAL ACTION : If required under Indian law, reporting the incident to relevant authorities.
15. REPORTING VIOLATIONS: If you encounter content or behaviour that, violates these guidelines, please report it through the app’s reporting feature or contact our support team directly. We will review all reports carefully and take appropriate action to ensure a safe and respectful community. 16. ANY OFFENCE AND VIOLATION / BREACH OF THE ANY TERMS OF POLICY, BY ANY MEMBERS / USERS, HE/SHE/ THEY SHALL BE INDIVIDUALLY LIABLE FOR PUNISHMENT, WITH PRESCRIBE PUNISHMENT.
